here at www.directlly.com we are not verizon. we are individuals who have experience working or who have worked at Verizon. we do not have access to accounts or their system. we can give suggestions and advice and help with troubleshooting. for service outage I would suggest calling customer care (from a cellphone or a different phone that works) ,at (800)VERIZON or go online to www.verizon.com, either one you will be able to report an outage and they should be able to give you an expected time where they will be up and running.1 comment

Anton, have you reported the issue? Normally on landline issues the biggest thing we see is faulty customer provided equipment or in house wiring. Either way please call in to 800 Verizon that's 800 837 - 4966 and follow the prompts for technical support to report the outage. If we're not aware of it, we can't fix it.2 comments
