My phone was stolen. How do I talk to a live representative to get it deactivated?

    In order to reach customer care please call 800-922-0204 and press 0 a few times until it patches you thru to a rep. They will assist you in suspending the line and placing the phone onto a stolen list.

    If you dial 1-800-922-0204 then press #0 as soon as you hear the automated message you will get someone right away. Here you can explain the situation and have the line suspended. If you have another Verizon phone you can use, you can activate that to replace your stolen phone.
