    I guess, this is your first bill and your period cycle ends on may 25th, 2013

    Your bill cycle end date is displayed in the My Usage section of the Overview page in My Verizon. You’ll see Cycle ends xx/xx/xx. This is your bill cycle end date. The day number (xx/xx/xx) will be the same each month.

      I was charged twice in the month of April. I wanted to know if the bill dated is May, 2013 and what I wanted to know was this bill for the month of May of June?

      Actually, it all depends on your billing cycle.

      Lets suppose, if you got a new connection on 28th March. And verizon billing cycle starts from 1st of each month.

      That's why in april you have been charged twice.

      Now, the bill generated is for May.

      Hope that helps to understand.

      No it doesn't its not a new connection I had paid twice and if its the may bill then i shouldnt have been charged for may it has happened before.,

      I gave you number 800.922.0204, once following prompt, there is billing line, otherwise, just say billing.

      They will transfer your call to billing department. Since, no direct number for billing department.

    Hello Sneh, here at directly.com we do not have access to any accounts. To check the balance on your account you can go to VZW.com and sign into your account and it'll show you the balance or you can dial #BAL from your VZW cell phone and it'll send you a text with the balance in it!

    basically all billing is done a month in advance so it's probably June's bill
