If its a basic LG phone, try the last 4 of your phone number. If that doesn't work you can dial *22898 and it will reset it to the last four of your number. Or you can always take it to your local store and they should have a machine they can plug the phone in to to retrieve the passcode. If its an android device it should give the option to sign in to your gmail account to get back in to the phone after several failed attempts at the passcode. Is there anything else I can help you with today?0 comments

Which model is it? Is it a 4G model? If so DON'T dial any *228 codes as you will fry the sim card. The unlock code on most basic phones is either your billing account password, last 4 of your phone number, or MEID. If it is an Android phone it may ask for your Gmail password after enough wrong attempts. If there's no luck with that than you may have to factory reset it.
