    Tershia,
You are aware that there is a charge of minimum $150 to redeposit your miles? You can accomplish this redeposit by going to manage reservations, pull up your itinerary/cancelled flight and click on REDEPOSIT.

Alternately, you can contact central reservations to assist in this process.

To save money, you might want to wait until the year is almost up from the date of purchase to see if you will use the ticket on another trip in the future. The travel must be completed by a year so, do not forget if you want to use or redeposit in the future.

As a pensioner, I don't appreciate all this a rip-off.! I changed my flight date so have already paid for an upgrade and just want the upgrade transferred to the new flight. Now I have to pay for redeposit, then pay again for another upgrade. This might also be my last flight as I am moving. Thank you for your help

      Tershia,
You do not need to redeposit your miles to move your upgrade to another flight. Call a reservation agent and they have be empowered to move your upgrade. Or assist you in making whatever changes you need to do to get the upgrade. 1800united1

Thank you again - this helps. I have been asking "Alex" every which way with no satisfaction and I am in Central America at present. It sounds like the best is to make a phonecall to the US. You have been very helpful :)
