Yes you can, it will need to be able to fit in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. You will not be able to hold it in your lap, this will be considered your personal item, you will be able to have one carry on bag. I hope this helps

As long it is no larger than any other item that would be able to fit under the seat in front of you if necessary. If there is space available you may be able to squeeze it in over overhead. You might want to box it, in case they have to check it at the boarding door.
