You should be able to disable it online via t-mobile.com or just call customer care and have them remove the feature.

If its a postpaid/contract account all you do is call T-Mobile 800-937-8997 and ask to remove webguard. If its a prepaid/monthly 4g account, then you will need to provide your social security number to have the webguard removed for prepaid accounts.
