I've accidentally locked myself out of my cell phone and a PUK code is being requested.

If its your passcode then you want to enter the code in wrong till it asks for a PUK code and The PUK code is a lock code for your sim card. That happens by entering too many wrong patterns/pass codes. All you have to do is either call customer service at 8009378997 or go into a local corporate store with your ID and tell them you need your PUK code. Each phone number has its own PUK code so this is the only way to get it. Customer service will give you the PUK code & walk you through it step by step. If you go to the store they will do the same but just make sure you are the account holder/authorized user. IF you’re not them have them with you. It’s a fast and easy process.1 comment
