    In your connection program that you use to connect to the internet... Should be in one of the tabs, namely the account section

      I am not sure what you mean. When the HotSpot is turned on, Window's sees it as an available wireless network. I just choose "Connect". I don't use any other program to connect to the internet, so I do not see any tabs.

      my bad...i was thinking of a different device......for your device you do as follows to get to the admin:

      Connect your computer to your Mobile Hotspot via Wi-Fi.
      On your computer, double-click the T-Mobile Hotspot Admin icon on your desktop or open a browser window and enter http://mobile.hotspot/.
      Enter your administrator password and click Login.
      Note: The default administrator password is admin.

      also, as silly as it sounds, you could always give the phone number the device was activated with to a customer care rep at 1-800-937-8997
