My TV's that are cable ready but not connected to a DVr box look like they are all scrambled and appear frozen. When can I expect this to be repaired.

    Margaret, Not sure what's going on. if your TV's are not able to get any live Stream through them, then it could be an area problem we are not aware of.
    Please call customer service and ask them if maintenance crews are fixing an Area Problem.
    You might want to try asking your neighbors if they have live TV at the moment. If they are experiencing the same thing. then this would be an Outage....

    Are the TV's connected to any other box or equipment in your house, or are they connected directly to the wall (coax) outlet?

    In order to view television, you will need to connect the TV to hardware such as a DVR, Standard Set-Top box, or a TiVo with an approved Time Warner Cable Cable Card.
