    Robert,
    You'll need to contact customer service at 1-877-772-2253 to make sure all the correct codes are on your account. They will likely need to get a technician out to your house. Also note that when equipment at your home is swapped out, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the caller ID on TV to become active again. Also, caller ID on TV is only available on TV's with a digital box.

    Call Customer Care at 1-877-772-2253 for assistance. The may need to remove and then re-add the codes to your account, but there is nothing in home that can cause the Caller ID on TV to not work.
