I have worked with electronics my entire life. I continue to progress in the electronics fields in the Air Force reserves, as well as Time Warner Cable, where I've worked for over 2 years as an in house technician.
You'll need to contact customer service at 1-877-772-2253 to make sure all the correct codes are on your account. They will likely need to get a technician out to your house. Also note that when equipment at your home is swapped out, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the caller ID on TV to become active again. Also, caller ID on TV is only available on TV's with a digital box.
