Airave not working

I was sent the sprint airave and had it working for about a month now and all of a sudden it has stopped working. I had to plug in the gps external antenna cable for it to actually work because it wouldn't without it but now it flashes amber instead of all solid green. Is there anyway I can be sent another one or how can I go about getting another one? I noticed there was a smaller one out, instead of the big box I currently have.

    If it is flashing amber then there's usually some kind of problem. Whether it be connection or software. I'd call customer care and they can set you up with the airrave team who should be able to help you out or send you a new one no problem.

    Call sprint techinical support and get the 800 toll free number for airave. If the airave is malfunctioning , Airave can send another one and they can also troubleshoot why it is not working. You must be in a remote area that you even have the airave. But we can get this going for You.

      Thank you! I'm in a dorm so I had to connect it in a certain way that wasn't directly to a router since we don't have those here, but it was working for a while but now it's not anymore, so I'm going to have to see. The service for Sprint has been terrible in Tallahassee since the beginning of January, no one knows why! Do you think it's possible they can help me at the sprint store? I heard they could maybe switch which cell tower your phone signal reaches

      A sprint store cannot change the cell tower you use, they point in certain directions andthat is that. However, airave has a direct number to contact and they can troubleshoot why it is not working and re-send a working device if necessary. You may need to open the following ports on your switch or router: 500, 4500, 53, and 52428 (all are UDP). Of course you can disconnect the airave and reconnect and that might make it work again, since it did work when you first set it up.

      Power cycle the AIRAVE, modem and router (if you use an additional personal/home router) by unplugging all power cables and plugging them back in one at a time, starting with the modem, then the AIRAVE and then the router, with approximately 1-2 minutes between each device.
      If all LED lights are green, your AIRAVE is properly set up,
