    Hii GV,

When comparing the availability of services, U-verse is not as widely available as the other technologies. Dish Network have been around for many years and in most areas, you can get either option. If you live in a rural area, you can only get Dish Network. Dish Network can be accessed from anywhere because you only need a view of the sky.

The prices of U-verse and Dish Network are comparable, but have a few differences. As a general rule, Dish Network is cheaper on most packages, although the packages may not have the exact same channels.U-verse pricing varies, and it is regularly offered with incentives such as cash back and lower prices for the first year or six months of service.

Dish is the only time satellite TV is going to go out on a properly peaked setup is during really nasty storms that you should probably unplug your TV anyway and/or hit the deck for tornadoes etc.and it is literally 99% reliable.

The Dish service has more channels to watch, better HD quality and is cheaper than Uverse. Dish absolutely has the better DVR as far as the DVR goes. U-Verse is working for that though. I would not say it's PQ, if that's your primary concern, is up to the same standard as satellite service.
