It sounds like ur reciever is going out. I've been a tech for 11 yrs and when they do that, that's it. Please call dish at 1-866-688-3274 and have ur acct # ready. Thank u and I'm sorry I couldn't help.
To start try plugging your receiver directly into an outlet bipassing any outlet extenders, multipliers, or surge protectors. If this doesn't help try a separate outlet. If the issue persists e-mail me at: Daniel.Busa@DISH.com so I can replace the receiver,
