    You are not the only person to say this. If I am not mistaken then step 4 is setting up TV2, correct? All you need to do is select which channel TV2 is on, go to the TV2 location and make sure you have picture (it should say "configuring" or something on it) and then select OK or NEXT (I can't recall which it is) at the bottom of the screen to move forward.

    oh man, you have a replacement 722k, huh ? Yeh, the engineering department put out a new software that was supposedly help technicians out in the field but that software took longer to install.
    Just follow the steps.. i dont remember the entire process but pick ( not in particular order )

    tv 2 - ch 60

    Once you complete all steps, activate the receiver. It should download and reboot.
    A screen should pop up and it will be stuck on 2 green bars out of 5. The activation will take about 30 minutes cause you will need to front panel power reset <open right panel and hold power button for 3-5 seconds to reboot receiver> 2-3 times.

    then push <menu> on top left of remote
    push 6 system setup
    push 1 installation
    push 1 point dish
    select < check switch >
    say yes
    it should show test 1 of 3 or 1 of 4 depending on which dish you have.
    once done, it should show <ok or good> and green.
    then cancel out once and allow the signal to lock then cancel all the way out til it
    downloads the program guide

    Dish Network field serivce manager.

    You need to go to TV 1 where the reciver is and hit the dish menu button then 6 then 1 then 1 and check switch. After it does its tests you should select sat feed 110 then select transponer 15 highlight the word done on the right side of the screen and wait for the green bar to say locked Ecostar then hit done.
