      R reps will send out a tech and fix this issue & then check ur entire system to make sure its up to code. R techs do that to try & prevent future issues. Thank u for being a Didh cust. Please let me know if u have any more question.

    that sounds like a low signal, press menu-6-1-1 and note the signal stregnth then let me know what it is

    there are several possible reasons for this I would suggest you call 1 803 333474 after troubleshooting with them if they can't fix they will send a teCh

    try to reset your receiver by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plug back in. after it reloads you will be able to see if it is working. if not call 18003333474 and they will send out a tech to verify your entire system is working properly and then replace or fix what is wrong
