depends on what is causing the problem. if you have an hd receiver be sure your resolution is set to 1080. menu, system setup, hdtv setup. if you are watching a show that is not in hd on an hd tv you will definitely be a bit blurry. nothing you can do about that unless it's a channel that is both hd and sd in which cases switch to the hd channel. there is also the possibility that your tv is slowly dieing. good luck and let me know more details if you don't feel like these could be the answer.

If you talking about a TV2 in your home I would have the TV channel changed to 73 in the modular section of the dish menu. Please call 1800-333-3474 and I can walk you thru this. If it is a TV one make sure your useing RCA cables from the TV to the Dish box. please call us at 1800-333-3474

did you switch out your tv to HD tv ? if so, you will need to upgrade to a HD rcvr.
