For resetting your Online ID password for MyDish: Once you provide your Online ID (a username you selected for your account), you will be asked to provide some information about your account in order to verify your identity. Fill in a field you are confident Dish will have a match for, such as a your account PIN or the security question. Then you will simply need to supply a new password that is comprised only of letters and numbers, no spaces or special symbols, and must be between 8-12 characters in length.
