I HAVE A HOPPER AND 2 JOEYS, MY HOPPER GOES OFF AND ON EVERY 5 TO 10 MINS , I HAVE UNPLUGGED EVERYTHING FROM EVERYTHING AND DID THE RESTART BUT NOTHING IS HELPING , MY SETTINGS SHOW I AM LINKED TO ALL AND ALL HAVE GOOD STATUS, MY DISH SHOWS ITS POINTED RIGHT, I'VE READ SEVERAL PAGES ON TROUBLESHOOTING AND I'VE TRIED THEM ALL BUT IT STILL IS NOT WORKING, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME IN THIS MATTER, SINCERELY, DEBBY WILLIAMS

    Debby I'm very sorry for this inconvience, Ur going to need a tech to come out & replace that HOPPER RECEIVER. call Dish Network at 1-800-333-3474 & they will get a tech out to u right away.
