I am getting "complete signal loss" and it says "signal code 11-12-11" how do I fix that?

I am getting "complete signal loss" and it says "signal code 11-12-11" how do I fix that?

    Kurt this is most likely cause by ur satellite out of alinement. U will need a tech to come to ur home & re-adjust ur satellite. Please call us at 1-800-333-3474 & we will get a tech to u right away. Also make sure u ask for a credit do to loss of service. If u have more question, Please let me know.

    lets go to menu go to install check switch and run it if every thing is ok there check all the wiring from dish to switch to back of receiver if that is ok unplug receiver and plug in back in if all that fails call dish and ck if they can send you a hit

    Kurt, your satellite needs to be re-adjusted, you will need to call us Dish at 1-800-333-3474 & we will send a tech out to fix this right away.

    Also make sure u ask for a credit do to loss of service. Sorry I couldn't be of help with this, But I hope the info I have u helped.
