920 means it's not getting 'updated' info. Through the satellite feed the dish also picks up the guide info. This code shows at that time it couldn't get a signal for that particular satellite. If it happens more often, interferes with programming, or if you have the protection plan call 1-800-531-5000 so we can send a tech to check dish alignment.2 comments

Try resetting your receiver. That should make the message go away

It is possible as well that the IRD is on the wrong satellite set up. If it's set up for a Ka/Ku5 or SWiM5 and you have a Ka/Ku3 or SWiM3 LNB on your dish it can cause this issue.
