If you lost power - your TV is most likely on the wrong channel or input.
Try channel 3 on your TV, then channel 4 if nothing comes in, then
From the control panel on the TV or TV remote, there should be an Input, Source, TV/Video, A/V button etc. for changing TV inputs - slowly cycle through the TV's video inputs (take a good 5 to 10 seconds per input)
    If All Else Fails
1.Check the cables between the receiver, TV, and any other devices.
2.If there's an A/V receiver or any other device attached: Remove it; run the cables directly from the receiver to the TV. If this resolves the problem, the device or device settings may need to be checked. 3.Reset the receiver.
4.Hard reset the TV by unplugging it for a few seconds and plug it back in.
If still an issue - we might need to send out a tech; however the above steps normally resolves the issue
I hope this information was helpful

is there any power in the outlet you are using? reset your receiver by unplugging for 15-20 seconds - this will cause the receiver to reboot. if still nothing, make sure when the power went out it didn't change the channel or imput on the tv. the tv should be on channel 3 or 4 - with the tv remote click the imput button and cycle thru giving each imput about 5 seconds. If still nothing, call 1-800-531-5000, be prepared for some basic troubleshooting.

Perfect advice, and in the right order. Sometimes you have to do things in a certain order. Sadly sometimes storms can damage receivers, but since your TV doesn't seem to have power either it sounds like an outlet problem. If you're using a power strip, make sure you push reset.
