    James it's best to call email support is on the website at contact us but it takes longer it's best to call to speak to a live rep at 1-800-331-5000 they escalate the issue faster for you.

    I dont know of one but someone else may chime in that does You should be able to call 1800 531 5000 and do it over the phone or they can at lest get your going in the right direction

    There is no email direct due to the fact that account numbers and personal information that would need to be provided are not secured. Call the number that DirectTV Installer 7 suggested or reach out to your financial institution and put a claim in with them. Typically your bank will provide a credit while the situation is investigated and resolved.

    If you access your accounts through Chase.com you can dispute charges through the Secure Message Center. It's just as good as calling or visiting a branch.
