Is it possible to talk to a real live rep at Directv?

Is it possible to talk to a real live rep at Directv? Was given 3 months free of HBO etc.Now my bill has almost doubled. I suppose the 3 months ran out but thought I would have a chance to drop or take maybe one. Hasve repeated ly ask for agent which never comes on after holding the phones for long periods. Thanks Jim

    If you dial 1800 5315000 and listen to the prompts you can ask to speak with an agent however it is very busy on weekends so your best tone to call is on Monday evening around 8pm eastern time. Ask for PST September to remove any movie channel you No longer want.

    hay dtek your not to give out dtv dispatch phone no#or us techs will be tied up in the field while dispatch is answering therequestions and dont give out ivr also thanks

    Either 800 number and keep pushing '0', this usually tricks the system and puts you through to a live person.

    it has gone to a full charge but the good news is we bill 30days in advance so when you call in to cancel it you can get credited for the days you didnt use in the rest of the billing cycle. when going through the automated system say questions about my bill then say agent it will usually get you right over to agent...unfortunately this time of year is a busy one, and the hold times might be longer, you just need to be patient....good luck

    call 1-800-531-5000 and when prompted, ask for an agent - when the phone is answered by a live representative - ask for PST so they can remove the hbo for you. This is a very time of year so the wait time is unusually long but if you call around 8am est the phones are not as busy. Just as DTV Star said, we do bill 1 month in advance, so your account will be credited for any remaining days in you billing cycle
