    If you recently cancelled directv service then you should receive boxes in the mail to return the equipment in. If you have not received the boxes in about ten business days after you cancelled service then I would call 1-800-531-5000. And speak with a rep press "0" about 5 or 6 times to talk to a person. They will send you out prepaid boxes so you won't have to pay anything out of pocket to send them back. Let me know if I can be anymore help.

      Do NOT wait even close to 10 business days!!! You have only 21 days to get merchandise in our warehouse before you are charged. Return boxes are sent out FedEx 3 day. DirecTV only wants receivers and power cords back. You have to dispose of dish.

      the problem is I owe them for last months bill and i keep getting redirected to on phone automated service. no matter what i do or what # i call i can not get a human being on the phone. I feel like they are trying to keep me from returning equipment

      Call from a phone not on account. Keep pushing '0' to bypass automated system.
