Online, parental control, or password on account? If it's online, you can request new password unless you've been locked out. If this is the case, or it's one of the other two, call 1-800-531-5000 and they will reset the password. You might need to know some basic personal information, but it's pretty easy. (keep hitting '0' to get through quicker). Tech support is open 24/7
if it is your password on your online account you will have to speak with the directv.com department to reset your password. if it is the password for your account when you speak with anyone at directv or the password on your receiver any customer service rep can change them for you. just call 1-800-531-5000
Hello, just a brief summary of my qualifications. I previously worked as an installer for Dish Network, i was an employee for two years and i know a lot about the system. I left Dish Network to install at Comcast were I learned a ton about the cable system (2years) exp. Now I am installing and servicing Directv where im am out there everyday fixing and advancing myself, the consumer, and the Co.
