    You can call 1-800-531-5000 and ask to speak to someone in billing. However do not be surprised if a rep says they can help you; almost all rep's are trained for basic billing disputes, or ask to speak to a supervisor - of course your welcome to write into DIRECTV, Inc.

      If you've been informed that your services will be interrupted, you can request a payment extension of up to five days.
      Here's how:
      Step 1.
      Sign in to your DIRECTV online account.
      Step 2.
      On your My Overview page, click "Pay Now" below the amount due.
      Step 3.
      Click the "Request a Service Interruption Extension" link and follow the steps on your screen.
      To request an extension by phone, please call us a 1-800-531-5000. At the main menu say, “I need a Payment Extension.”

      And then what because I paid my bill but that's the problem I am having bmecause I paid it on the thirteen but they didn't take it out until the the twenty second and it made me have bounce check I have the confirmation number so where do I go from putting my information about my account

      How did you make the payment to Directv? sounds like the issue is when your bank cleared he payment (DirecTV has no control when your bank clears the payment) - also not to sound rude - once you make a payment to any company you should subtract that amount from your total available balance until it does clear. IF you mailed your payment in it take 7 to 10 business days. I have never had an issue with any type of payment with DirecTV, and normally clears my bank within 3 days. Not sure what your trying to achieve, DirecTV will not credit for bounce check if you made a payment and did not subtract that amount form your balance until it cleared (whether it takes 3 days or 10 days to clear).

      I call direct tv and they told me to go online and say I want to dispute a payment and sir I am not being mean but I always use my dept card every month and never had trouble and it is puzzling me that this month it took so long I know it usely don't take nine days to clear and I did write it in my checking account I always do and I call my bank to see what clear and i check ever thing thst clears and i had a check on everything that clear on that day of them was direct tv and it wasn't on the day that they saying it clear that's why I am having so much trouble to believe tthat this is happening to me like said when I called it in they gave me a confirmation number

      I will do that but I promise u I call on the thirteen and I know it don't take that long to clear and i want u to know I am not trying to rip direct tv off like I said I never had trouble before but i do appreciate your help thank u

      No Problem Crystal - and I agree with - should not take 9 days to clear your account once you make a payment either on-line, IVR, or through a rep.
