Make sue ur on the right channel. 1st try channel 3 or 4. If that doesn't work try ur inputs/source. If need be turn ur tv @ and check the input its on. If that's not the problem unplug ur receiver for 1 minute them plug back in. This will reset ur receiver. Let me know if u need more help. I will be glad to help if this didn't work.

Hi Jeff. Happy Thanksgiving. Make sure the slide on the top of your remote is all the way to the left on DTV, and also make sure your tv is on the correct imput. Best bet is to call 1-800-531-5000 and speak with Technical Support. Be prepared for some hands on troubleshooting to correct the issue.

Good chance you have the new Genie system with the smaller boxes referred to as 'clients' - white screen has been an issue. Best option would be to reset the client (reset button on the side) - if nothing reset your Genie and that should take care of it.
