Hi Jeff. Happy Thanksgiving. Make sure the slide on the top of your remote is all the way to the left on DTV, and also make sure your tv is on the correct imput. Best bet is to call 1-800-531-5000 and speak with Technical Support. Be prepared for some hands on troubleshooting to correct the issue.0 comments

Good chance you have the new Genie system with the smaller boxes referred to as 'clients' - white screen has been an issue. Best option would be to reset the client (reset button on the side) - if nothing reset your Genie and that should take care of it.
