That sounds like a bad LNB. First check your connections and make sure you do not have any trees or other foliage that could be causing the problems. If all that is ok then your LNB is probably bad. Call 1800-531-5000 and at the prompt ask for tech support. They can send a tech out to replace it.10 comments

Hello Ben. It sounds like either Your dish is loose or out of allignment. Possibly a bad LNB on the Dish itself or a malfunction in your receiver. Only thing You can really do is call customer service for a service call so a technician can come out and troubleshoot your problem. Call customer service at (800-551-5000) to schedule a service call. Press 0, 5 to 6 times to reach a live person to help You. One thing You can try before that is to do a hard reset on your receiver by un plugging your power cord for 30 seconds then plug it back in and see if that will fix it. I hope this helps.
