    reset your receiver - unplug for 15 seconds and then let it reboot - you might also need authorizations resent - you can do this online at, log into your account and go to the equipment tab, then click on resent authorization - if you don't have access to, you can call 1-800-531-5000 and ask any rep to resend authorization.
