Easiest way to complete is log on to your directv.com account and select the equipment tab. Next you can hit the link for reauthorize equipment. Now find the receiver you are having problems with and hit continue and that should resolve your problem.

1-800-531-5000, and tell them whats happining, and they should resend authorizatios, that should fix it. This is a common, if you have had you reciever unplugged for a bit, its a feature, that DTV uses to fight fraud.

Your receiver has probably been unplugged for more than 30 days. Just call DirecTV and have them resend authorization to your receiver.
