    Hi Wade, yes there is an issue with the on screen guide, its affecting many service areas, what you can do is just what Sansee said to do , power down the box wait 15-20 seconds, then power back up it will take a couple mins. to load, once loaded this should fix the issue, if not you can have tech support send a hit to the box to re initialize it. let me know what you find out.     Hi Wade, please try to unplug the cable box and plug it back in wait until it is fully loaded approx 10 minutes. If the guide does not return please call your local number on your bill and tech support can send a signal. also make sure the cable wire is still tight
