It depends on where you live, but there should be a local payment center in your area where you would be able to return your devices. If you are unable to locate a payment/return center, you can always call in to 1-800-COMCAST and schedule for a technician to come and retrieve the equipment with no charge. Hope this helps!

Technicians do not pick up equipment and if someone would come out it there would be a fee for the technicians time.
