It depends on where you live, but there should be a local payment center in your area where you would be able to return your devices. If you are unable to locate a payment/return center, you can always call in to 1-800-COMCAST and schedule for a technician to come and retrieve the equipment with no charge. Hope this helps!

I work for comcast in the west division. I can help with accounts in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Missouri, Texas, California, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico, Washington and Oregon. I can assist with billing issues, sales and customer loyalty discounts. I can assist with some technical issues but am not a technical expert.
You can return them to a service center or by a return kit. Your nearest office can be found here http://www.comcast.com/Corporate/shop/retail/St... Or you can request a return kit from www.comcast.com/returnequipment
Technicians do not pick up equipment and if someone would come out it there would be a fee for the technicians time.
