    Hello James. I am very sorry the technician treated you in this manner. This is unacceptable. There would never be a reason for a technician to tell a customer to dig their own trench for the cable installation. I would suggest sending an email to the escalation department at We_Can_Help@Comcast.com
    Provide a good number that you can be reached at, your account number, a brief description of the problem, and the date/time of the occurrence and they will get back to you within 24 hours.

      I have tried for more than a week ..My credit is better than most. No trees/pipes exct.House is clean and top shape.Well try your way. Totally blown out {THANKS}
