Depending on how you made the payment, your services would be restored automatically - you may need to turn off and back on to test. However, if the payment was mailed or posted online through online bill pay (or called home banking online) the payment can take up to 2-7 days before payment clears and then turned on the phones. But if payment was made Over the phone via 611, or through AT&T.com and AT&T store- payment would be posted real time and services should come back on ASAP. :) hope this help.... Your service should be restored immediately after you make the necessary payment. Do this by phone 800-331-0500 / 611 to have restored right away!!!
