U will know if someone blocked you calling them by the recording when u call them..it will say something to the effect tha this number is not accepting calls from ur number at this time...LOL i have to say this because my daughter did that to me a few times because she was in trouble LOL..good luck hun

You won't get through to them. Also if your number is private or caller id is blocked and your "friend" only accepts numbers that show on caller id then you will not get through. call your "friend" from number that gets through and test it yourself. :)
