    Call us at 800.288.2020 during normal business hours hours to cancel services. Downgrading and canceling services can't be completed online. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • If you joined AT&T through a special reward promotion, early cancellation penalties may apply if you cancel before the end of your commitment term.
    • For your protection, we must speak to the account owner to cancel your membership.
    • Cancellation requests received on a holiday will be handled on the next regular business day.
    • Cancellation requests received on weekends will be handled during weekend operation hours that vary according to region.

    After the equipment is received you will receive any credit balance on the account (unusual) and/or final billing.

    Adding or changing your AT&T services takes just a few steps:
    Log in to your myAT&T online account.
    Select the myAT&T tab at the top of the page.
    If you have more than one account linked to your AT&T Access ID, select the image of the product you want to change.
    Select Change plan.
    Choose a plan to check availability in your area.
    Follow the prompts to complete your order. Changes are highlighted and the monthly total is updated.
