I have worked as an RSR for Verizon for over 3 years.
That phone doesn't have a SIM. Only global phones and 4g phones have SIMs. That phone is a basic 3G phone.

If you are looking for the slot for the memory card (many people get the two confused) it is on the side of the phone and labeled "microSD" and that's where you would put a memory card to store your media.

Unfortunately the Samsung u-450, or Intensity, does not have a SIM card slot. The SD card slot is generally on the side of the device, and has a cover over it labeled "MicroSD." Is there anything else I can help you with?
