What exactly is being billed incorrectly? You should review your bill line by line and figure out what you feel is incorrect and get it removed/changed.
Is it a payment you feel hasn't applied? Get your bank records and review each bill and payment.
Verizon is pretty clear on what you are being billed for so I'm not sure what the problem you are having is. But once you have the issue clear, you will be able to better explain your issue and get a better answer.

Keep in mind if you are paying your bill past the due date, you may be receiving a bill that is showing 2 bill cycles because it has printed before your last payment. This can cause a lot of confusion. The best thing to do would be to call Verizon while you have your bill in front of you and ask them to go over it with you line by line. It is imperative that you have the bill in front of you so that you understand what they are explaining.
