      I went to the home page and it sent me to a list of options of which one was Postal . It gave a St. Petersburg, but no name of any official. I have the Vice President of marketing and pr in New York. If I don't hear from you, I'll proceed to write him. There demands are that I sent copy of front and back of check.
      Verizon transferred the funds electronically, so the bank does not get the check. It is impossible for me to meet their demands. I am ready to sue.

      I went to the home page and it gaveme an address, but no name in St. Petersburg. Verizon is demanding a copy , front and back, of my check. Verizon electronically transferred the funds, so my bank does not get the check back. There is no way Ican comply with their demand. I need to write the VP in charge of public relations and get this settled. They are not replying to my email that Isent in reply to their demand.

      Is this to verify a payment was made? If that's the case you may want to contact customer service and request their fax number. If not what is the reason so I can point you in the right direction?

      Yes, it is verify my April bill payment. I have sent them by fax a copy of my bank statement showing that it was an electronic transfer and therefore my bank does not have the check. They have not replied to my fax nor to any emails I have sent. I need the name and address of the vice president for consumer affairs/public relations for Verizon residential.

      Unfortunately that information isn't available even to employees. I would suggest calling and making sure you speak with a supervisor right away and verify fax information, ask the timeline for them to normally receive a fax and refax it. Then once the timeframe they gave you is up call back, and keep calling until you ensure they receive the correct information.
