    With the Enlighten, go to your settings (from the main screen, hit the menu key, and go to settings)
    From settings, go to Location and Security
    Click Set up screen lock
    On next screen choose none

    You have to go back into the same security..settings that you set it up with. Under the security settings you should be able to turn off the passcode lock. What kind of phone do you have?
