i keep getting text message like " you have insufficient funds to send this message" anytime i try to text someone internationally, please is there a way i can resolve this issue.

I'm assuming this its a prepay phone. International rates vary by country. Some can be $2.49/ min. If there isn't sufficient money on the account you will get that message. Also you must have requested the international dialing be added to your account. If you need further assistance you can call customer service at 800 922 0204. People on this forum have no access to your account.
