if you press and hold the power and volume down button at tge same time for about 30 seconds, the screen will flash, then release both buttons then power it on. this performs a soft reset, noting gets erased, it is just like pulling the battery out.

If you are unable to get the phone to come back on after performing the soft reset i would suggest taking it to a corporate verizon store so they can take a look at it and give you all your options for possibly replacing it

Press and hold the power and volume DOWN button at the same time for 10+ seconds and it will reboot the phone.
If it won't work on first go, try for atleast 3 times. It will work.1 comment-
