Have been trying since on-line bill notice on 12/20/11 to find where $572 excess data usage charge came from. As of 1/3/12, no definative answer. Talked with 3 differant VerizonW Reps, have report# but no answers. Bill due 1/7/12. Do we pay bill? Do we lose service if unpaid? Small claims Court? Who can help?

Very tech savvy and very thorough. If I need to further explain something or you have more questions to ask...

You said: Call and ask for a supervisor and tell them you need a clear explination of these charges. Have them call financial services to help set up a hold, or at the very least, a payment arrangement on your account so that your service won't be interrupted (although it does take almost two full months of non payment to have your service interrupted). They will be able to get this resolved for you. If you want to go more in depth about the charges or the way they have been explained to you I can further help, as well.
