was supposed to receive a refund two weeks ago but it hasn't arrived.

i reserved a flight and cancelled within 24 hrs and a refund was promised within 7 to 10 days. its been over a month. i was supposed to receive a refund two weeks ago but it hasn't arrived. united says check with paypal. paypal says check with united.

      Sounds like a problem to be solved with PayPal Customer Service. I would show them the link that indicated that it had been refunded by United and demand to know what happened to your money.

    CAn you actually see the money into your paypal account. Call paypal or verify if the money has been received by paypal. Paypal will only release the money to you after a few days of receiveing the amount from united as well.

    Besides, please verify if your paypal account is updated with your personal information.
