Management or Mechanics would certainly require some college but customer service, flight attendants and ground handlers have been hired in the past without it. It really depends on the interview process and whether you get through the first one. If you can sound literate, are enthused and can shine you may stand a chance!

United will look for people who has already a good work background experience in the aviation industry as well. If you didnt finish your college, you can be hired as well, BUT, it is very important, after you get this job, to CONTINUE AND FINISH your college, so you can be ready in a few years to compete for new positions.
