Reservations, web, customer service, I am your wonder woman! I understand that some united policies are not...
Phillip,
When Continental merged with United, the frequent flyer program changed names to MileagePlus and used the former Continental program. I would call our MileagePlus service center to double check your number (should be two letters followed by 4 numbers).
Then you will need your PIN. This is a four digit number which only you would have created. If you are using the same address, phone, and email when you created the account the Center can send you an email on who to change your pin. You can also do this online if you are sure that your account number is correct. Click on the forgot Password link on the home page: United.com. This will generate questions, which if answered correctly will allow you to reset your PIN with four numbers.
I hope this works for you. If you need more help let me know; be glad to help!

Continental One Pass no longer exists. Your miles were transferred to a new account with United Mileage Plus. Go to United.com and click on Mileage Plus to contact the Service Center. You can either email or call them from the link.
