According to the original flights time arranged by UA when I bought flight from HK to Cincinnati, I have one and a half hour to claim the baggage and pass the custom in ORD. Do you think the time is enough? If the time is not enough and I don't make the change in advance and I miss the second flight, is there any chance for me to get a free change?Because the time of the two flights were arranged by UA and UA should be considerate and give me enough time to catch the second flight.

      Yes, that should be enough time to make your connection. If you miss your flight to Hong Kong, they will rebook you at no charge, but you will have to remain overnight in Chicago.
