I am flying UA519, arriving SFO @ 7:30 pm.

Yes, that is sufficient time for SFO. You won't have any extra time however. When exiting your domestic flight in Terminal 3, follow the signs to the right for the passageway to the International Terminal. It is a 5 minute walk. Do not take the Air Train between terminals or you will have to transit security again. You won't have to re-screen if you use the passage. You can check in for your international flight at the same times as the domestic flight. Boarding begins approximately 35-45 minutes before departure. Bon voyage!

Hi Richard!
No worries!
Passengers on flights arriving at Terminal 3 may transfer to International Terminal Boarding Area G via a connector walkway linking the two terminals. The entrance to the connector is located post-security in Terminal 3 near Gate 75, and the exit is located post-security in International Terminal Boarding Area G near Gate G92.
Should be ample time as long as there is not some unusual weather delays. There are several moving sidewalks which help speed you along if you're at the farthest point of the terminal. I have made many connections in these terminals and had few problems. Have a great trip!
