To book an award ticket for yourself or anyone you choose, simply fill out the form on this Web page. You can book award travel up to 337 days in advance. Once you have selected your flights, you will be required to enter your MileagePlus number and PIN to purchase your ticket.

Since you are using someone else's miles, you will have to use THEIR account number and PIN.

If you are using your husband's miles you will need to have his United MileagePlus account number and his 4 digit pin. If you are on the web you will save yourself a $25 booking fee per person and need to be able to login to his account to seach for award travel dates and proceed with the booking. If you want the assistance of an agent then call reservations with his information and they will book the trip for you with the $25 ticketing fee per person.
